• Multi-sports competition at Fulwood Academy

  KS2 had a super afternoon competing in a multi sports competition at Fulwood Academy. The children had to demonstrate their skills in running, throwing and football and then the finale was a relay race. All the children performed their best, smiled and were perfectly well behaved. Thank you to our wonderful parents who came along to spectate.

  

• LKS2 visit Author Colin Parsons

  10 students from across Falcons, Harriers and Kestrels met with children's author Colin Parsons this week. 

   

  They had an amazing time listening to stories and taking part in the exciting workshop. 

   

  We are very proud of them and the exemplary behaviour displayed whilst representing Frenchwood community primary school on the outing. Thank you to all the wonderful staff who arranged this and volunteers who assisted on the day.

• UKS2 Theme Day - 15.12.22

   Today the year 5 and 6 classes had a fantastic finish to their theme work on the United Kingdom! They travelled to the four countries (or classrooms!) of the UK to find out more about them. They listened to their national anthems, made flags, found out interesting facts and looked at their unique features.
